THE MEANING BEHIND OUR NAME
What does Ayllu mean?
In Quechua, ayllu refers to an extended family and community connected by relationships, shared responsibilities, and mutual support. We chose this name because we believe education does not belong to a child or a school alone. Families and communities help children learn, create, and grow.
AylluQuest brings that spirit into custom educational adventures: parents and caregivers can shape learning journeys, and children learn by exploring and doing.
Education should awaken
curiosity, not just test memory.
We believe children learn deeply when they can explore, imagine, question, move, create, and connect ideas across subjects. AylluQuest brings together the wonder of games and the purpose of education — with families at the heart of the experience.
Our roots, our responsibilities
The ayllu is a traditional Andean community organization associated with kinship, reciprocity, shared work, relationships to land and collective responsibility. AylluQuest draws inspiration from these values while recognizing their living Indigenous origins.
We are a small, community-oriented educational game studio, not a mass-learning platform. Our ambition is to build personalized adventures at a human scale, with technology helping us serve families without losing the relationship.
